LATE / CANCELLATION POLICY
Diva Salon has reserved time for you therefore, we ask that you give 24 hours notice when you cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows. You will be considered a no show after 15 minutes.
Please understand that we have implemented this system because it has become necessary. The fees ARE NOT designed for our stylist to receive more money but to encourage our clients to be more consistent as well as schedule exactly according to their availability.
We will make every effort to avoid such issues by providing email confirmations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
